Part-Time Legal Expert

We are developing a SaaS platform focused on automating audit processes. As we expand into multiple regions, we are looking for a Legal Expert to join our team on a part-time basis, helping to manage legal aspects of licensing and compliance for a global market.

• Experience in drafting and managing license agreements, particularly for SaaS/subscription-based products.
• Understanding of regional legal requirements for the EU, USA, and UK.
• Basic knowledge of GDPR and privacy protection regulations in the USA and UK.
• Familiarity with intellectual property and data protection laws.
• Strong organizational skills to manage legal documentation and workflows.

• Develop, review, and manage license agreements for SaaS subscriptions across different regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Set up and maintain legal workflows for subscription-based services, ensuring consistent and compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure that the legal framework supports sales operations and product functionality in each region.
• Provide basic guidance on GDPR and data protection laws for the EU, USA, and UK, ensuring that all necessary legal protocols are followed.
• Assist in managing and mitigating legal risks related to intellectual property, privacy, and data protection.
